Meet Otis of Chicago, IL. 

Otis is an 8 month old Yellow Lab whose already made it famous as @oats_the_lab.  He's full of curiosity, energy, and mostly love.  His owners take him everywhere they go, from pet-friendly bars and restaurants to gatherings with friends and family.
