At Petipet, we strive to process and fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping
We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery times range from 3-7 business days after your order has been fulfilled.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Petipet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if you do not receive your package, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@petipetfood.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
